• 24-hour coverage
• Rounding plus call from home/hotel
• Per diem opportunity

• Experienced Neonatologist comfortable with independent NICU coverage
• Team-oriented provider with strong communication skills
• Comfortable in collaborative high-acuity neonatal setting
• Available for all required coverage dates
