• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Call: 24-Hour Orthopedic Call Coverage
• Follow-up clinic for patients seen while on call
• Clinical, Surgical, and Trauma/Orthopedic Call Responsibilities

Required Licenses & Certifications

Licensure

• Active Iowa Medical License Required
• IMLC accepted

Board Certification

• Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon Required
• Board Eligible Candidates Cannot Be Accepted

Required Surgical Experience

Providers must be able to perform all of the following and should be noted at time of name clear:

• Total Hip Replacement

• Total Shoulder Replacement

Orthopedic Surgery

• Hand Procedures

• Inpatient Rounding on Post-Operative Patients
• Inpatient Consults
• Emergency Department Consults
• Operating Room Cases

• Supervision of Advanced Practice Providers

Practice Support

• Physicians: 4
• Advanced Practice Providers: 7
• APP Supervision Required
• Nursing Support: 1 Nurse per Provider
• Cast Technicians: 3 Shared Among 7 Providers
• Reception Staff: 3 Shared Among 7 Providers
