• 7am–7am, 24-hour beeper call
• Upcoming shifts:
  • 06/05 7am – 06/08 7am
  • 07/17 7am – 07/20 7am
  • 10/30 7am – 11/02 7am

Facility: Acute Care Hospital (Adult Level IV Trauma)

• Hospital Bed Size: 99
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• EMR: Cerner

Workload:

• Deliveries per shift: 0–1
• Callbacks per shift: 0–2
• Additional Duties: Cover for Nurse Midwife if needed

Licenses & Certifications (Key for Recruiters):

• Board Certification: OB/GYN, BC or BE required
• State License: Arizona required OR IMLC accepted
• DEA License: Required
• Minimum Experience: 1 year

• Charting Experience: Cerner
