Department Description:
New Medical Oncology and Hematology practice opening September 8, 2026.

The practice has hired one full-time employed physician and is continuing to build the oncology program.

Community-based practice providing comprehensive oncology and hematology care.

Types of Cases:

• General Medical Oncology
• General Hematology

Support Staff:
The new practice will include:

• 2 Front Office Staff
• 1 Registered Nurse
• 1 Medical Assistant
• 1 Nurse Navigator
• Additional support personnel

Facility Details:
131-bed hospital

EMR:
EPIC

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology – Required
• Active Pennsylvania License or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) – Required at presentation
• DEA – Required

Credentialing Timeframe:
Approximately 90 days
