Licensure Requirements

• Active Wisconsin Dental License – Required
• DEA Registration – Required

Candidate Profile

• Pediatric Dentist preferred
• General Dentist with strong pediatric experience will be considered
• Passion for working with children
• Interest in community health and underserved populations
• Comfortable providing high-volume pediatric dental care

Clinical Scope

Procedures Performed

• Preventive Dentistry
• Stainless Steel Crowns
• Extractions
• Nitrous Oxide Administration
• Routine Pediatric Dental Care

Procedures Rarely Performed

• Minimal Root Canals
• No Sedation Cases

Practice Details

• Outpatient Community Health Clinic
• Approximately 13 Patients Per Day
• Support Staff:
  • 1–2 Hygienists per Provider
  • 2–3 Dental Assistants per Provider
