Physician Departure
Schedule Details:
- Inpatient Neurology Coverage
- Call only while on-site
Patient Population:
Hospitalized Neurology patients
Patient Volume:
Approximately 20 patients per day
Practice Details:
- 100% Inpatient Neurology
- No other Neurologists will be present during the locum assignment
- Neurology group consists of:
- 5 Physicians
- 5 Advanced Practice Providers
Facility Details:
- Trauma Level II
- Onsite Laboratory
- Onsite X-Ray Services
Responsibilities:
- Inpatient Neurology consultations
- Daily patient management and rounding
- Acute neurological evaluations
- Stroke-related care and treatment
- Performance of required neurological procedures
Required Procedures:
- Lumbar Puncture
- Thrombolytic Therapy
EMR:
EPIC
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist – Required
- Active South Carolina License – Required
- Active DEA – Required
- BLS – Required
- 100% Clean Background – Required (No Exceptions)
