Coverage Dates:
7am CST on 6-30 and will end at 7am on 7-3

Assignment Type:
No Clinic coverage, cover inpatient consults and emergency room. Rounding on any inpatient consults. General Surgery

Practice Setting:
Inpatient Hospital

Patient Volume:
20 patients per shift

Facility Details:

• 200-bed facility
• Hospital Stroke Certified
• Trauma Level III

Call Details:

• Assigned and unassigned patients
• 30-minute call response time required
• Approximately 10 phone consults
• Call ratio: 1:6
• Approximately 15% callback rate

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery – Required
• Active Alabama License – Required
• IMLC Welcome
• ACLS – Required
• BLS – Required
