Location: Midwest City, Oklahoma
Start Date: July 27, 2026
Contract Length: Ongoing

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Minimal overnight call-ins
• Call responsibilities are primarily for the late coverage provider

Practice Setting

• Hospital-based anesthesia practice
• Stable and experienced CRNA team
• Practice to the full scope of your license
• No OB coverage required

Cases & Procedures

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Endoscopy/GI
• ENT (including some pediatric cases)
• Gynecology
• Spine
• Cath Lab

Skills Required

• Independent CRNA practice within scope of licensure
• Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred
• Team willing to provide regional anesthesia training

Support Staff

• Established CRNA team

EMR

• Epic

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA
• Active Oklahoma License Required
• BLS Required
• ACLS Required
