• Through end of approval period

Schedule

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Must be able to work all three weekend shifts
• Coverage needed 2–3 weekends per month
• No overtime

Coverage Need

• Full-time coverage needed

Practice Setting

• Hospital-based practice
• Medically Directed Model: 1:3 (maximum 1:4)
• Level I Trauma Center
• 593-bed hospital

Patient Population

• All ages

Department Overview

• Work alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians
• Exposure to a wide variety of surgical and procedural cases
• Must be comfortable providing overnight coverage for Cardiac, OB, and Pediatric cases

• Neuro and Spine

Patient Volume

• Varies based on anesthetizing location

Procedures and Skills Required

• General Endotracheal Anesthesia (GETA)
• Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC)
• Regional Anesthesia
• Spinal Anesthesia
• Ultrasound-Guided Techniques
• Epidural Placement without physician present

Additional Information

• CRNAs do not perform blocks

EMR

• Epic

Requirements

• Board Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (NBCRNA)
• Active Pennsylvania license required
• ACLS required
• PALS required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
