Certifications & Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible – Required
- ACLS – Required
- BLS – Required
- PALS – Highly Preferred
- NRP – Nice to Have
- Residency/Fellowship Training – Nice to Have

- Diagnostic angiography and arteriography
- Diagnostic venography
- Angioplasty
- Stent placement
- Atherectomy
- Embolization and chemoembolization
- Thrombectomy
- Thrombolytic therapy
- Vena cava filter placement
- Endovenous laser therapy
- Therapeutic infusion of vasoactive agents
- TARE/SIRT procedures
Image-Guided Procedures
- Biopsies
- Aspirations
- Drainage procedures
- Arthrogram injections
- Musculoskeletal injections and aspirations
- Tumor ablation procedures (radiofrequency and cryoablation)
GI, GU & Hepatobiliary Procedures
- Gastrostomy and gastrojejunostomy
- Cecostomy
- Nephrostomy
- Ureteral stenting
- Stone access/removal
- Biliary drainage and stenting
- Cholecystostomy placement
- Pancreatic duct interventions
Access & Drainage Procedures
- Central venous catheter placement and management
- Dialysis catheter placement and management
- Chest tube placement
- Ultrasound-guided thoracentesis
- Ultrasound-guided paracentesis

Ideal Candidate
- Experienced Interventional Radiology NP or PA with extensive procedural background
- Comfortable managing a broad spectrum of vascular, oncologic, hepatobiliary, GI, GU, and musculoskeletal IR procedures
- Strong procedural autonomy and collaboration skills
- Epic experience preferred
