Position Details
Full-time equivalent Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider position
Open to Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA)
Outpatient-focused oncology practice with inpatient collaboration as needed
Manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
Work closely with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support services
Epic EMR for coordinated and connected care
Practice Setting
Hospital-based Hematology/Oncology practice
Community-based oncology program with access to a larger integrated cancer network (AHCI) across metro and regional sites
Opportunity to practice full-spectrum medical oncology and hematology
Strong focus on continuity of care and patient relationships
Multidisciplinary oncology care team available onsite and through telehealth services
Patient Volume
11-16 patients per day

Dedicated clinic staff including:
RN Oncology Nurse Navigator
Clinic RNs
LPNs/CMAs
Oncology Provider Coordinator
Clinic includes:
5 exam rooms
Infusion Center includes:
9 infusion chairs
2 private infusion treatment rooms
2 fast-track triage rooms
Infusion team supports:
High-acuity oncology treatments
Safe administration and monitoring of therapies

Requirements
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Hematology/Oncology experience
Active Minnesota license required
Experience managing oncology and hematology patients preferred
