Post-acute care opportunity serving either the Denver metro market or the Northern Colorado/Fort Collins market

Flexible Monday-Friday schedule

Round-and-go model
-
Typical daily census in the mid-to-upper teens

Work across a handful of facilities throughout the week

Travel within your assigned region
-
Skilled Nursing Facilities, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, and Independent Living settings
-
No hospital work
-
No LTAC work
-
No clinic responsibilities
-
No nights
-
Separate group provides overnight call coverage
-
Approximately one weekend day of pager coverage every six weeks
-
Organization strives to keep providers practicing close to home whenever possible
-
Schedule is generally consistent once established, with designated facilities assigned by day of the week
-
Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between facilities
-
EMR includes proprietary technology platform
-
Laptop and cell phone provided
-
Dictation tools available
-
APP compensation range of $100,000-$120,000 plus productivity incentives
-
Full-time positions are W2 with comprehensive benefits
-
Weekend-only opportunities available as 1099 independent contractor positions paid per encounter
