Seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

Schedule

Physician Shifts

Variable by day with 5-6 shifts daily

All shifts are 9 hours

• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Hospital-Based Emergency Department

Level IV Trauma Center (Pending State Approval)

Emergency Department Information

Annual ED Volume: 58,520 visits

Average Daily Volume: Approximately 160 visits per day

Admission Rate: 22.2%

Average Physician Productivity: 2.1 patients per hour

Transfer Rate: 2%

Pediatric Visits: 9%

EMS Arrivals: 23%

Active Texas license required
