o Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician
o Post-acute care opportunity serving the Denver metro market
o Travel to a variety of facilities throughout the assigned market
o Guaranteed 8-hour shift per day
o Flexible Monday-Friday schedule
o Round-and-go model
o Typical daily census in the mid-to-upper teens
o Work across a handful of facilities throughout the week
o Travel within your assigned region
o Practice settings include:
• Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Nursing Homes
• Assisted Living Facilities
• Independent Living Communities
o No hospital responsibilities
o No LTAC coverage
o No clinic duties
o No nights
o Separate group provides overnight call coverage
o Approximately one weekend day of pager coverage every six weeks
o Organization strives to keep providers practicing close to home whenever possible
o Consistent schedule once established, with designated facilities assigned by day of the week
o Proprietary EMR technology platform
o Laptop and cell phone provided
o Dictation tools available
