o Open to new graduates
o Center Medical Director opportunity
o Combination of clinical and administrative responsibilities
o Outpatient only
o Monday-Friday schedule
o Typical office hours 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
o No call required
o Adults only - no pediatrics
o Average 20 patients per day
o Work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical leadership teams
o Lead and mentor physicians and clinical staff
o Collaborate with regional leadership to implement clinical strategies and best practices
o Monitor quality metrics, clinical outcomes, patient growth, and utilization
o Participate in quality assurance and medical documentation review
o Promote evidence-based medicine and clinical innovation
o Assist with workflow optimization, scheduling, and operational improvements
o Help drive clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and organizational growth
o Spanish speaking is required due to the patient population
o EMR experience preferred
