• Active Massachusetts PA License required

Board Certification

• Board Certified Physician Assistant required

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of inpatient Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery experience required

• Hospital-based Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery service
• Average daily census: 10 patients
• Adult patient population
• Epic EMR

Clinical Responsibilities

• Inpatient Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery patient management
• Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications as permitted by state regulations and facility protocols
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Assess and manage therapeutic interventions
• Provide ongoing patient evaluation and follow-up
• Perform bedside procedures as appropriate

Ideal Candidate

• Board-certified Physician Assistant with an active Massachusetts license
• 1–2 years of inpatient Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery experience
• Comfortable managing adult surgical patients in a hospital setting
• Experienced with H&Ps, patient assessments, diagnostics, treatment planning, and bedside procedures
• Available for a consistent weekday schedule beginning September 2026
