Licensure

- Board Certified Physician Assistant required
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of inpatient Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery experience required
Practice Overview
- Hospital-based Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery service
- Average daily census: 10 patients
- Adult patient population
- Epic EMR
Clinical Responsibilities
- Inpatient Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery patient management
- Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
- Prescribe medications as permitted by state regulations and facility protocols
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Assess and manage therapeutic interventions
- Provide ongoing patient evaluation and follow-up
- Perform bedside procedures as appropriate
Ideal Candidate
- Board-certified Physician Assistant with an active Massachusetts license
- 1–2 years of inpatient Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery experience
- Comfortable managing adult surgical patients in a hospital setting
- Experienced with H&Ps, patient assessments, diagnostics, treatment planning, and bedside procedures
- Available for a consistent weekday schedule beginning September 2026
