• Admissions required
• Assigned and unassigned patient rounding responsibilities
• MedHost EMR

Patient Volume

• Approximately 3–5 patients per shift
• 10 beds within the department

---

Clinical Responsibilities

• OB Generalist call coverage
• Admissions and patient evaluations
• Assigned and unassigned patient rounding
• Management of obstetrical patients as needed during call coverage
• Timely response to beeper call requirements

---

Ideal Candidate

• Active Texas-licensed OB physician
• Fellowship training preferred
• Comfortable with independent call coverage
• Able to respond within 30 minutes when on call
• Available for the full August 13–16, 2026 assignment
