Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

8-hour clinic shifts

24-hour call coverage

1:2 weekend call rotation

7 days of unrestricted call per month

Typical provider schedule:

• 3 clinic days
• 1 operating room day
• 7 days of 24-hour call
• 1 administrative day off between call rotations

If taking call during the week:

• 3 clinic days
• 1 operating room day
• Simultaneous clinic and call coverage

If not taking call during the week:

• Approximately 4 clinic days
• 1 operating room day

122-bed hospital

Average patient volume: 18 patients per day

Clinical Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat erectile dysfunction

Kidney stones

Male incontinence

Cystoscopies

Surgical assists

Yearly follow-up and refill visits

Standard urology clinic and operating room procedures

Procedures Performed

Catheter placement

Stent placement

Cystoscopy

TURP

Ureteroscopy

Prostate biopsy

Circumcision

Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)

Orchiopexy

TURBT

Hydrocelectomy

Spermatocelectomy

Photoselective Vaporization of the Prostate (PVP)

Lithopaxy

Technology

Da Vinci robotic surgery experience required

EMR

Epic

Requirements

Board Certified Urology required

Minimum 2 years of experience required

Active Washington license required

IMLC candidates accepted

Candidates utilizing IMLC must have a Letter of Qualification (LOQ) in hand

Active Washington CSR required

BLS required

ACLS required

Certifications must be from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, as applicable
