Required Licenses, Certifications & Qualifications

Required

  • AANP or ANCC Certification
  • Active Colorado License or Compact License (LOQ in hand at time of submission)

Highly Preferred

  • BLS Certification
  • DEA Registration
    • Required for credentialing
    • Transferred DEA accepted but must remain active for the duration of the assignment

  • No Trauma Designation

Credentialing & Onboarding Requirements

  • Credentialing pre-application and full application must be completed and submitted to move the provider into Applicant in Training status
  • Applicant in Training status initiates Active Directory (AD) account creation and EMR account setup
  • AD account creation can take up to 5 days

EMR Training Requirements

  • EMR Modules (Learning Lessons) must be completed before virtual EMR training can be attended
  • Virtual EMR (PPL) Training is required
  • Providers may only attend virtual training after all modules have been completed
  • Virtual EMR training must be completed at least one week prior to the provider's first day

First Day Requirements

  • Site will not release first-day details until all required EMR modules and virtual training have been successfully completed
