Full-time preferred, but providers available for 2 weeks per month on an ongoing basis will also be considered

Coverage Needs
Up to 40 hours per week
Coverage needed once per month and as needed for vacation coverage

Electrophysiology

Patient Volume
Outpatient: Approximately 16 patients per day
Inpatient: Approximately 10-15 patients per day

Patient Population
Adults, ages 18-100

Procedures
Pacemaker implantation
ICD implantation (traditional and subcutaneous)
Loop recorder implantation and explantation
Ablations, including:

• AVN
• SVT
• Atrial Flutter

Support Staff
Dedicated outpatient clinical team
One assigned inpatient Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

270-bed hospital

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology/Electrophysiology required
Active Pennsylvania license or active IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) required for submission
DEA required
ACLS required
BLS required
