Candidate Requirements

Licensure

  • Active Connecticut NP or PA License Required
  • DEA Registration Required

Experience

    • Post-Acute Care
    • Hospital Medicine
    • Emergency Medicine
    • Primary Care / Clinic Practice
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
