Availability

• Full-time permanent position
• Not accepting Locums or Locums-to-Perm candidates
• Coverage at 2 outpatient locations in the Findlay/Bluffton area
• Weekday schedule:
  • Two 8-hour clinic days
  • One 24-hour call day with OB Hospitalist support
• Weekend call:
  • 1:4 rotation (Friday/Saturday)

Required Licenses & Certifications

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
• Certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) – Required
• Ohio CNM license or willingness to obtain prior to start – Required

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of CNM experience
• New graduates not accepted

Required Clinical Skills

• Experience managing pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum care, and women's health
• Perinatal education experience
• Knowledge of diabetes management during pregnancy
• Experience working with substance use considerations in prenatal patients
• Ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife to join an established women's health practice serving patients in the Findlay and Bluffton areas of Ohio.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide care throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
• See outpatient OB/GYN patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Perform diagnostic tests and procedures
• Provide patient counseling and education
• Coordinate referrals and community resources
• Support prenatal patients with complex social and medical needs
• Collaborate with physicians, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary care teams

Incentives

• Competitive Base Salary
• $5,000 Signing Bonus
• Productivity Bonus:
  • $26 per wRVU
  • No cap
