• Practice Type: General anesthesia (hospital setting)

• Exclusions: No neurosurgery, cardiac, or obstetric anesthesia

Requirements

Licensure

• Pennsylvania medical license required
• IMLC accepted

Board Certification

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology required

Certifications

• ACLS required
• BLS required

DEA

• DEA required

Experience

• 1–2 years minimum independent practice experience required
