  • IVF egg retrievals (1–4/day typical, max 6/day)

  • Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC)
  • Sedation-based anesthesia (propofol, fentanyl)
• Complexity: No high-acuity or complex surgical cases
• IVF experience not required
