Clinic: 20–22 patients per day
Facility Details:
268-bed hospital
Department Description:
Cath Lab coverage with hospital consults and electrophysiology procedures.
Expected workload includes:
- 3–4 hospital consults per day
- 4–6 EP cases per day depending on complexity and case length
Procedures and Skills Required:
- Cardiac Electrophysiology
- Heart rhythm disturbance management
- Ablations
- Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE)
- Moderate sedation
Candidates must:
- Be comfortable performing moderate sedation independently
- Be proficient with the Abbott EnSite-X Mapping System
- Demonstrate at least 100 EP cases within the past 2 years through case logs, with emphasis on ablation procedures

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Electrophysiology – Required
- Active Arizona License – Required - IMLC Accepted
- Facility willing to license qualified candidates
- Arizona DEA Registration – Required
- ACLS – Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience – Required
- Ablation experience – Required
- Must provide case logs showing 100 EP cases within the last 2 years
