- This is a permanent W2 position
- Small community Hospital setting
- Hospitalist Leadership experience preferred, or can consider an experienced hospitalist looking for advancement step in career to Directorship role
- IM or FP training both OK with appropriate inpatient experience
- 7a-7p day schedule, 7x7
- Nights are covered by APP clinical call center team
- Closed ICU with 24-hour intensivist coverage
- Lucrative compensation package
- Only 2 hours to Nashville, Tennessee
