- Need is ASAP, but the client is willing to wait for the best fit for their program

- This organization currently employs three part-time psychiatrists (all have full case loads)
- They have a waiting list for both children/adolescents and adults
- The only population this group serves has a dual diagnosis (intellectual or developmental disability and Mental Health Challenges)
- Seeking a psychiatrist with this area of interest and experience
- Looking for a provider that is seeking a long term career opportunity
- You’d see all ages
- Outpatient facility
- Flexible schedule
- You’d work out of once office
- Typically, their physicians see three clients per hour
- If the patient’s needs are higher, it may be two per hour
- Initial psych evals are one hour
