- Facility is looking for 1-2 full time provider or two providers who can work in tandem
- Looking for providers that will do both clinic and surgery
- Clinic: Mon – Fri 8am-5pm
- Call Schedule: 1:3
- Patients Per Day: 12-20
- Hospital Based Surgeries Per Week: 6-7
- Office/Clinic Surgeries Per Week: 8
- 99% Adult / 1% Pediatric
- Clinic PA-C may come for advice on patient care coordination
- 5 Exam Rooms
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs
- Office Equipment: Cystoscopes, Bladder and Prostate US, UDS, Urocuff, Bladder Scanners
- EMR: Epic
- Skills Required: General Adult Urology, Advanced Endoscopic Techniques, Ureteroscopy, TRUS Biopsies, ESWL
- Laser Certification: Holmium
- Board Certified Required
- IMLC Accepted
- BLS Required
