A well-established, physician-led health system in Northeastern Kentucky is seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join its growing cardiovascular anesthesia team. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a high-volume cardiac program with outstanding compensation, excellent support, and a collaborative team environment.

Practice Details
 

• Full-time, permanent hospital-employed position
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist
• Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesiology required
• Advanced TEE Certification required
• Recent fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply
• H-1B visa candidates are welcome
• Join 2 established Cardiac Anesthesiologists
• Supported by a team of 5 dedicated Cardiac CRNAs
• Equally shared call schedule
• OR responsibilities are primarily supervisory
• Provide anesthesia for:
  • Open heart surgery
  • Thoracic surgery
  • Vascular surgery
  • Cardiac catheterization laboratory cases
  • Electrophysiology procedures
  • Structural Heart procedures
• Approximately 500 cardiac surgical cases annually, in addition to thoracic and vascular procedures
• EMR: Epic

Compensation & Benefits
 

• Base Salary: $725,000
• $75,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $75,000 Student Loan Repayment over the first three years of the contract
