Permanent, employed position within a non-profit health system (PSLF eligible)

Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologist

Adult and pediatric GI practice (ages 12 and older)

Practice Overview

Regional leader in digestive health, offering comprehensive medical and surgical GI care

GI lab designated as an ASGE Center of Excellence
-
Uses state-of-the-art, high-definition endoscopy technology, the only program in the region with this equipment

In-house infusion suite accommodating up to 10 patients
Procedures & Clinical Mix

Procedures include:

Colonoscopy

EGD

ERCP

EUS (required)

BRAVO

Capsule endoscopy

Radiofrequency ablation (HALO®)

Stretta®
-
Infusion therapy

Hepatitis C treatment

80% inpatient/procedures | 20% office-based care
-
ERCP preferred (mentorship available)
Call Coverage
-
Call rotation: 1 week out of every 5–6 weeks
-
Call week runs Monday 8:00 AM – Monday 8:00 AM
-
Coverage limited to two nights during the call week
Qualifications
-
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
-
Board Eligible, Board Certified, or Canadian Board Certified in Gastroenterology
-
Broad GI skill set with interest in learning advanced techniques
-
Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
-
DEA certification
-
Strong commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
