  • Seeking an interventional pain management physician
  • Permanent job opening
  • Group is seeking an experienced provider – no new grads
  • Client will consider physicians trained in:
    • Anesthesiology
    • PM&R
    • Neurology
  • Interventional pain fellowship not required
  • Practice mix:
    • 60% personal injury/workers’ compensation
    • 40% traditional pain management
  • Schedule:
    • Monday-Friday
    • 8a-5p
  • If licensed in Illinois, provider may split time between Missouri and Illinois offices
  • Must be comfortable performing 25–30 fluoroscopy-guided injections daily
  • You would be the sole physician provider
  • APP supervision required
  • Injection-only practice
  • No medication management responsibilities
  • Procedures include:
    • ESIs
    • Facet joint therapeutic injections
    • Medial branch blocks (MBB)
    • SI joint injections
    • Trigger point injections
    • Intraarticular injections
    • Major joint bursa injections
    • Genicular blocks
    • Sympathetic nerve blocks
    • Peripheral nerve blocks
    • Third occipital nerve blocks

  • Established private practice
  • Missouri office located approximately 20 miles west of St. Louis
  • Illinois office located approximately 15 miles from St. Louis
  • Compensation structure:
    • Six month income guarantee
    • Aggressive productivity-based compensation model afterward
    • Compensation ranges from 40%–60% of collections based on productivity
  • Client is open to discussing benefits package
  • Opportunity to build a high-volume procedural practice
