Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Gastroenterologist
Position Highlights:
Practice Setting: Outpatient and inpatient care with access to a modern ASC (2 ORs) and hospital facilities
Team Structure: Collaborate with 3 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers (APPs)
Scope: Bread and butter GI, with opportunities for both general and advanced procedures
Support: Fully equipped provider services team to optimize your practice
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders, including conditions of the esophagus, stomach, intestines, liver, pancreas, and gallbladder
Perform endoscopic and other GI procedures in both outpatient ASC and inpatient hospital settings
Consult with patients, review histories, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other physicians and APPs, to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate patients on GI health, preventive care, and treatment options
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions and procedures
Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
Board eligible or certified in Gastroenterology by the ABIM
Eligibility to obtain Pennsylvania state medical licensure
