Neonatal Nurse Practitioner | Las Vegas, NV Position Overview

• Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Location: Las Vegas, Nevada (Multi-site)
• Setting: Four Level III NICUs across suburban Las Vegas
• Not Accepting: Locums or visa candidates

Clinical Role & Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity neonatal care across four NICUs
• Annual Volume: 1,700 NICU admissions | Over 10,000 births
• Perform advanced neonatal interventions including:
  • High-frequency ventilation (jet and oscillator)
  • Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapy
  • Total body cooling for HIE
• Participate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization
• Collaborate with a team of 16 neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists
• Rotate across multiple sites and shifts to support 24/7 NICU coverage
• Engage in ongoing quality improvement, mentorship, and professional development
• Provide compassionate family support throughout the NICU experience

Licensure & Qualifications

• NNP Certification Required
• Nevada APRN License Active – Required
• NICU Experience Strongly Preferred (High-acuity setting)
