Position Overview:
Seeking a board-certified/board-eligible General OB/GYN to join a dynamic team with opportunities to practice within a private group located on a hospital campus. This position offers flexibility to create your own practice style, supported by robust resources and experienced staff.
MD or DO degree required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Eligible for or currently holding an Arizona medical license
Passion for comprehensive women’s healthcare and long-term patient relationships

Full-scope General OB/GYN opportunity
Flexibility to develop and shape your own clinical and surgical practice style
4-day clinic schedule with 1 dedicated surgery day each week
Shared 1:4 call schedule among supportive physician partners
Continuity of care model with physicians following their own deliveries
Practice Highlights
Established patient base with strong community reputation
Average of 30–35 patients per clinic day
Approximately 10–15 deliveries per month
Access to the Da Vinci Xi robotic surgery platform
On-site Laborist program providing seamless inpatient support
