Family Medicine Physician – Fosston, MN

Generous Referral Fees Available Clinical Role & Schedule

• FTE:
  • 1.0 FTE = 36 patient contact hours/week
  • 32 patient contact hours/week if including inpatient work
• Clinic Hours:
  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday Walk-in: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• Average Clinic Volume: 18–20 patients/day
• Average Procedures: 1–2 per day
• Call Schedule:
  • Primary Call: 3–4 days/month (includes weekdays, weekends, holidays)
  • Back-Up Call: 8–10 days/month (support for ED provider)

Inpatient & ED

• Inpatient Rounding:
  • 50-bed Critical Access Hospital
  • Average census: 8
  • Covered by local physician teams
• ED Volume: 8–12 patients/24-hour shift
• Connected Campus: Clinic, Hospital, Nursing Home & Assisted Living all located on one campus

Location & Outreach

• Home Base: Fosston, MN
• Potential Outreach: Oklee & Bagley clinics
• Nearby Cities:
  • 40 mins to Bemidji
  • 1 hr to Grand Forks
  • 3 hrs to Winnipeg
