Position Details

• Title: General Dentist (DMD or DDS)
• Board Status: BC/BE
• Experience: Open to all levels
• Employment Term:
  • 36-month minimum for visa-sponsored candidates
  • 48-month minimum for non-visa candidates
• Locations: Two modern practice sites – Coudersport, PA and Port Allegany, PA
• Team Includes:
  • 3 Dentists
  • 5 Dental Hygienists
  • 6 Dental Assistants
  • Office & Administrative Support Staff

Compensation & Incentives

• Salary: Based on current MGMA median
• Relocation Stipend: Negotiable
• Signing Bonus: Negotiable, tied to contract term
• Retention Bonus: Available with contract extension (minimum +2 years)
• Malpractice: Occurrence-based insurance included
