Urologist – Full-Time Opening
Location: Ashtabula, Ohio
Setting: Hospital-based outpatient clinic with minimal inpatient responsibilities
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (No locums)
Start Date: Flexible

Position Overview

Board Certification: Required (or board eligible)
Visa Candidates: H-1B and J-1 accepted
Relocation: Must live within 40 miles or be willing to relocate
Work Schedule: Flexible full-time (negotiable)
Call: 10 days/month
Patient Volume: 17–20 patients/day (non-negotiable)
Patient Mix: 50% adult / 50% geriatric
Practice Setting:
90% outpatient / 10% inpatient
2 current urologists in the group

Procedures & Equipment

Robotics: DaVinci Surgical Robot available
Onsite Support:
Lab & X-ray
PVR Scanner
Staff: 2 LPNs, 1 receptionist

EMR: Epic

Referral Base: Strong internal referrals from employed/affiliated primary care providers

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Competitive (to be discussed directly)
Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable
Relocation Assistance: Available
Loan Repayment: Negotiable
CME: $5,000 annual allowance
Contract Structure:
Years 1–2: Guaranteed base + bonus
Year 3: Productivity-based with bonus incentives

95/5 coinsurance for Tier 1
