Position Overview
One of Southern Arizona’s largest multi-specialty practice groups with over 100 providers is seeking a Vascular Surgeon to join our growing team. The group offers an integrated care environment with a strong network of experienced cardiology specialists, interventional cardiovascular services, advanced heart valve treatments, and electrophysiology expertise.
Position Highlights
Schedule:
1–2 days in clinic
3–4 days in OR and/or inpatient rounding
Call includes weekdays and weekends
Facilities & Equipment:
Hybrid OR
Newly designed Vascular Surgery OR
Dedicated clinic support team, including a practice manager, medical assistant, and surgery scheduler
Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a highly skilled cardiology and cardiovascular services team with an established patient base
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive vascular surgery care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Diagnose and treat conditions related to the vascular system, including arteries, veins, and lymphatic circulation
Perform a wide range of vascular surgical procedures in a hybrid OR environment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Participate in call rotation, covering both weekdays and weekends
Document patient care and maintain compliance with medical standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Completion of an accredited Vascular Surgery Residency or Fellowship
Board certification or board eligibility in Vascular Surgery
Active or eligible for Arizona medical licensure
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
