- Start Date: ASAP (Flexible)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Status: Employed, Non-Profit Health System (PSLF Eligible)
- Work Model:
- Outpatient clinic
- Procedures at ASC
- Travel to nearby regional clinics required
- MD/DO from accredited institution
- Pain Fellowship (ACGME-accredited) – Required
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Eligible for unrestricted PA license
- DEA certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care
Includes a full spectrum of interventional and regenerative treatments:
- Injections & Nerve Blocks:
Caudal, epidurals (cervical/thoracic/lumbar), facet, genicular, intercostal, occipital, trigeminal, medial branch, sympathetic, trigger point - Advanced Therapies:
Radiofrequency ablation, PRP, prolotherapy, regenerative injections - Joint Injections:
Shoulder, knee, and hip
- Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
