- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family nurse practitioner
- Must have 2+ years’ post training experience
- Reason for need: growth
- Ability to work 2-5 days per week – dependent upon your availability
- FQHC Setting
- Outpatient only
- Rotating phone call
- Many of their patients speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, or Vietnamese
- Bilingual is not required – however, they want providers who are okay working with an interpreter
- Monday-Friday, 830a-5p
- You’d work a 10a-7p Thursday shift once every 7-8 weeks
- See 15-20 patients per day
- EMR: EPIC
