Position Overview:

Exciting CRNA opportunities are available across middle to northern Michigan, including Alpena. The client offers competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and a generous starting bonus for full-time, part-time, and casual CRNAs.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $301,600 annually

  • Additional Pay: Call pay in addition to base salary

  • Benefits Package Includes:

  • CME allowance

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Flexible scheduling options

  • Manageable call expectations (varies by location)

  • Care Model and Solo Model opportunities, depending on site

  • Cover a wide range of specialties, including:

  • Cardiovascular Services

  • Vascular and Endovascular

  • Neurology/Spine

  • Orthopedics

  • Healthy Pediatrics (6 months and older)

  • Obstetrics (CRNAs perform their own spinals and epidurals at select sites)

  • CRNAs perform:

  • IV sedation and/or monitored anesthesia care

  • General, regional, or local anesthesia

  • A-lines, blocks, and central lines

  • Equipment: Mindray and Omnicell systems across all locations

  • Case volumes vary by facility


    Certifications & Requirements:

    • ACLS

    • BLS

    • CRNA (active license)

    • NBCRNA certification

    • Master’s Degree required
