Practice Details
- Full-time, permanent position
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Outpatient-only practice
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Supervise Advanced Practice Providers
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Complete gynecological histories and physical examinations as indicated
- Prescribe medications
- Assist with immunizations as needed
- Spanish-speaking physicians are preferred but not required
- DEA Required
- NYS Medicaid provider
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $210,000
