Position Overview
  • Setting: Full spectrum OB & GYN
  • Options: Clinic/Outpatient Only, Inpatient Only or Combination of both
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. clinic + call
  • Very flexible hours - 4 10-hours shifts of 5 8-hour shifts
  • Surgery: 1 designated surgery day per week at hospital
  • Call: 1:4 in-house rotation (CNMs provide 7a–7p backup)
  • Deliveries: 60–70 per month (720–840 annually)
  • Team Structure:
  • 4 OB/GYNs
  • 4 CNMs
  • 2 WHNPs
  • 3 additional OB/GYNs PRN for hospital call coverage
  • APP Supervision: Yes

    Hospital Affiliation
    • 691-bed teaching hospital
    • Level III NICU | Level II Trauma Center
    • One of six designated perinatal centers in Georgia
    • Only neonatal intensive care provider in the region
    • Annual ER volume: 106,000+
    • Robotic Surgery: DaVinci available
    • EMR: eClinicalWorks (clinic) and Meditech (hospital)

    Compensation & Benefits
    • Salary Range: $350,000–$450,000
    • Guaranteed salary for first 6 months - 1 year
  • High earning potential with goal of 20 patients/day
  • Longevity Loan 
  • 50% paid at signing, 50% at start Vacation:
    • 3 weeks (Years 1–2)
    • 4 weeks (Years 3–5)
    • 5 weeks (6+ years)
    Sick Leave: 10 days/year (accrued up to 480 hours)
    CME:
    • 5 days (Years 1–5)
    • 8 days (6+ years)
    • $3,500 annual allowance (includes dues, licenses, society memberships)
      DEA Renewal: Employer paid
    Insurance & Benefits:
    • Medical, Dental, Vision
    • Life Insurance: $50,000 (employer paid) + supplemental options
    • Short-Term Disability: 31-day exclusion, $700/week for 22 weeks (employer paid)
    • Long-Term Disability: 180-day exclusion, 60% of pay up to $9,250/month (employee paid)
    • Retirement: 403(b) with employer 2% discretionary + 3% match after 1 year
    • Malpractice: FTCA coverage provided

    • Payor Mix: 22.3% Medicare | 43.9% Medicaid | 20.8% Commercial | 13% Self-Pay (sliding fee)
    • Teaching Opportunities: $500 per rotation
