Position Overview
- Seeking a BE/BC, fellowship-trained Neuro-Oncologist
- Join a multidisciplinary neuro-oncology team including neurology, neurosurgery, radiosurgery, hematology/oncology, neuroradiology, neuropathology, and radiation oncology
- Organization recently earned the Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval for Brain Tumor Care (2024)
- Provide advanced brain tumor care across eastern NC through a hub-and-spoke cancer network
Board Status
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neuro-Oncology — REQUIRED
- Fellowship training in Neuro-Oncology — REQUIRED
- Employment through a large private not-for-profit, physician-led health system
- Join a growing 9-hospital system across eastern North Carolina
- Hospital Privileges: 974-bed academic medical center
- Only ACS COC-accredited Academic Comprehensive Cancer Center in eastern NC
