• Clinic Schedule: Standard outpatient schedule
• Call: Shared with other physicians

Licensure & Certifications

• Medical Degree: U.S. MD/DO or foreign equivalent
• Residency: ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency (required)
• Board Status:
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Licensure:
  • Unrestricted Michigan medical license (or eligibility)
  • Controlled Substance License (required)
