Clinical Role:

- Flexible schedule
- Could be in clinic 4.5 days per week, or Tuesday through Friday.
- Call is 1:2 but often there are zero calls and other times, 6-8 calls
- 15 patients per day
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: Board Certified
- Benefit and Compensation details:
- Salary: $520,000
- Earning potential: $600,000 (Base + Value Based Compensation)
- CME: 5 days. Discretionary Fund of $5,500/year

- Bonus & incentives: Retention: $20,000 for 5 years. $100,000 total
