Licensure & Certification Requirements (Key Talking Points)

• Graduate of an Accredited PA Program – Required
• Oregon PA License (or eligibility) – Required
• NCCPA Certification – Required

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong interest in cosmetic & aesthetic medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Plastic surgery or medical spa experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Patient consultations & follow-up visits
• Assist in the OR and in-office procedures
• Perform non-surgical cosmetic treatments (injectables, laser, skincare) based on training
• Develop treatment plans with supervising physician
• Pre- and post-operative patient care & education
• Accurate clinical documentation
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
