- Graduate of an Accredited PA Program – Required
- Oregon PA License (or eligibility) – Required
- NCCPA Certification – Required
- Strong interest in cosmetic & aesthetic medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Plastic surgery or medical spa experience preferred, not required
- Patient consultations & follow-up visits
- Assist in the OR and in-office procedures
- Perform non-surgical cosmetic treatments (injectables, laser, skincare) based on training
- Develop treatment plans with supervising physician
- Pre- and post-operative patient care & education
- Accurate clinical documentation
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
