- No Emergency Department
- No Inpatient/Hospital work
- PET/CT–Focused Practice or
- Blended Case Mix: PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine, and/or General Diagnostic Imaging

- Daily productivity targets (completed at physician’s discretion)
