Position Overview

• Seeking an experienced Chief CRNA to lead a well-established anesthesia practice in Rochester, Indiana

• Rare opportunity combining clinical leadership, strong compensation, and predictable time off

• Ability to influence practice operations while maintaining excellent work-life balance

• Supportive team environment with a structured schedule

Compensation & Schedule

• Base compensation: $350,000

• Leadership stipend: $35,000

• Schedule: 3 weeks on / 1 week off

• Time off: 13 weeks annually

• Call: Every 3rd night and every 4th weekend
