Schedule & Patient Volume

• Inpatient Rehab Census: 18–20 patients per day

• Call Scope: Inpatient rehab facility only

• Compliance Program: Yes (structured and established)

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible – PM&R

• Comfortable in inpatient rehab setting

• Team-oriented, compliance-focused

Compensation Overview

Full-Time (W2):

• Guaranteed base salary:

  • Staff Physician: $180,000

  • Medical Director: $200,000

• Bonus Structure:

  • Once threshold met, 70% of billings

  • Average total compensation: $230,000 – $425,000+

Part-Time:

• 1099 directly through hiring entity
